The latest update to MySF Manager, update 9.1.1, is now available.
Modifications
Year End Rollover Previously, the Profit and Loss Allocation screen would always credit each members 3305 Preserved account but sometimes this should not be the case and manual journal entries after the rollover was completed needed to be performed. Now, you can select to credit each member either 3305 (Preserved), 3310 (Unrestricted) and 3315 (Restricted) during the Year End Rollover.
Bugs fixed
1.) The simple setup now rounds the values of the assets added to two decimal places meaning that there is less chance of there being a rounding issue when trying to process the final opening balance transaction.
2.) The last update prevented users from editing a member to have the same name as another one. This preventative measure has now been tweaked to ignore checking the edited members name against their currently saved name.
How to update
1.) Before updating please ensure that you create a backup of your fund through Home > Create Backup.
2.) Please go to Home > Check for Updates in your copy of MySF Manager to obtain the latest update.
3.) Please ensure that you close MySF Manager before beginning the installation of the new software update.
