The latest update to MySF Manager, update 9.1.0, is now available.
New Features
Bulk Exchange Updater
Users can now go to Asset Utilities > Bulk Exchange Updater and modify the exchange for all parcels of a specific asset or all parcels in a specific asset class.
Bulk Asset Allocation Editor
Users can now go to Asset Utilities > Bulk Allocation Editor and modify the asset allocation table for every parcel held in a particular asset at once.
Modifications
Transaction Reporter
A print button is now available in the Transaction Reporter that allows users to print individual transactions within the fund. Select the transaction you wish to print in the list and click the new 'Print' button at the bottom of the screen.
Change in Market Value report
This report now includes a total of the number of units held for each asset in the report.
Bugs fixed
1.) A crash occurred when trying to add more line items to a Predefined Transaction.
2.) Pensions added as a type of Predefined Payment Transaction. This was originally intentionally excluded but after some discussions with some users it is quite reasonable to have predefined pension payments available.
3.) Tab order fixed for all payment and receipts screens.
4.) Predefined payments now correctly pre-select the bank account that was saved as part of the transaction instead of always selecting the funds main bank account.
5.) Some users were experiencing issues with duplicate member names and after some investigation we found that it was possible to simply edit a member to have the same name as another. The member screens now correctly inform you that a member with the same name already exists.
How to update
1.) Before updating please ensure that you create a backup of your fund through Home > Create Backup.
2.) Please go to Home > Check for Updates in your copy of MySF Manager to obtain the latest update.
3.) Please ensure that you close MySF Manager before beginning the installation of the new software update.
