| I am about to use the Year End Wizard, but on checking the member contribution statement for my wife, I noticed that whilst her final balance was shown, there was nothing in the boxes above it. During the year, I made four entries for her under 4627, 4647, 4648, 4710 and 4715. I am puzzled as to why nothing is shown in her statement under headings like "total contributed amount" and "employer contributed amount" or "personal contributions".

Hi,
The Members Contribution Statement, as available under the 'Members' tab of the Reporting > Report Tool screen shows the members contribution statements created from past financial year rollovers. Is this the report that you are referring to? If so, then there should be no MCS shown for the current financial year of the fund, since there has not yet been a rollover from it.
Please check to make sure that the above MCS is the one mentioned in your post, check the current financial year dates for your fund and those of the report.
Regards,
MySF

| I have now done the year end rollover for 07-08 and looked at the member contribution statements for both my wife and me, but the only amounts showing are in the account balance box (item 9) - ie there is $0.00 recorded for items 1 to 8. This doesn't seem right to me since there are employer contributions and member contributions shown in the CASH IN area of the CASH FLOW report. Can you shed some light on this mystery? As I mentioned earlier, my wife's contributions were entered in 4627,4647,4648,4710 and 4715 and these appear correctly on her MEMBER POSITION REPORT.

| Yes I'm surprised this hasnt been reported on before. The MYSF Sample Fund correctly shows other contributed amounts, such as employer and personal contributions, but mine, like yours doesnt.

Hi,
The year end process and the reports which are being created from it are currently under review. We will test the MCS with funds other than the MySF Sample Fund to make sure that all fields are calculated correctly and not left blank.
Regards,
MySF
