I would like my accountant to have advisor link, so that I can give him a copy of my file.
Would you just step me through the process, including how to load my file?

Hi,
It is probably easiest if you get your accountant to install the demo version that is available online, or take the CD of your full version to him and install that on his computer. This way if there are changes needed, they can be done on the spot. Note that the demo will only run for 30 days, but in this case I assume that will be enough.
The way you should transfer files between computers is described in the second last post in this thread.
