Would there be any interest from Members if MySF were to source Audit services from Auditors who are prepared to Audit a Fund which is correctly documented with documents attached using the MySF Software. By this I mean that we would aim to get a discounted price for Members who took the time to attach all the documents to the fund (eg Dividend statements, Trust Deed, Proper Minutes, Investment Strategy Defined etc...)
The aim would be that the Auditor would have a copy of MySF and receive your emailed Fund and conduct the Audit.
My initial thoughts are that we would try and agree a set rate with the Auditor for say up to 150 transactions per year (This may be a number of tiers). Where additional work was required we would try to get a maximum hourly rate defined and agreed in the contract.
If you are interested in the concept please post a reply. If there is enough interest we will start looking at options.

Really not sure at this stage we will investigate if the demand is there and see what comes out.
We would only proceed if it was cost effective

Can I clarify - do you mean just the audit or also accounts preparation, member accounts and the statutory / tax return?
I am currently contemplating whether to attempt to do the statutory / tax return myself.

The initial thought was the Audit, but I am planning to discuss with two small Chartered Accountants who also do Tax returns etc so there is potential for a full service
