When loading the MySF Manager software users are asked to enter the Product Code.
If the code is entered incorrectly you will be exited from the program.
You will need to re-insert the CD and start the installation again. If the .NET framework has been already loaded you will be prompted to enter the Product Code almost immediately. The .NET framework will not be installed a second time.
The Product Code is a 16 character code. we do not use either the letter 'o' or the letter 'l' in the codes. We do use '0' (zero) and '1' (one) in the codes. So if you have problems with the code please check that you are entering the Numeric values not Alpha values.
