Hi,

Thank you for the clarification.

We will change the failure message box so that it allows for an export of the information into a text file to avoid the need for manual note taking. It is unlikely that this would be a full blown report, rather just a simple text file that will open automatically in Notepad or a similar external program.

Please note that we have just published an update for MySF Manager (yesterday) so the next on may be several weeks away.

Sorry I meant the Asset Summary report and not Asset Listing Report. Notwithstanding it is available my Asset Summary Report runs to 16 pages which must be scrolled through (I do not wish to print 16 pages), notes must be made and then manual revaluations of the failed ones updated.

My point was that if you could have a printout of only those that failed instead of the dialogue box which runs off the screen it would make it much simpler and quicker to establish which ones needed a manual update.

Hi,

At the moment the only report that includes the revaluation dates for various assets is the Asset Summary report. This lists each parcel of each stock and shows the information you are after in the summary header, which states '...last revalued on dd/mm/yyyy'

Failed Revaluation Report

Hi,

After the completion of a revaluation of all shares the Failed Revaluation dialogue box often extends off the screen. Fine it can be closed but as the report (in my case 56 failed revaluations ) contains both those shares that are no longer held ( obvious) and those that can not be " revalued to zero" it needs a simple fix

So that these genuine failures can be manually revalued it would be of great assistance if a report could be PRINTED of the failures. This avoids having to scroll through the Asset Listing to look for revaluation dates or trying to remember the ones that failed to revalue from the on screen report.
